Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally!
We ship locally to the United States, Europe and United Kingdom. (For non-EU countries, you may be required to pay customs for the import of your package).
There are only a few countries we are unable to ship to at this time. If you couldn't finalize your order on the shipping step, please reach out to us.
How much do you charge for shipping?
The cost of shipping depends on the country we are shipping to and will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. If your delivery address is part of one of the eligible shipping countries, you will be able to see a shipping cost at check out.

Where is my international package?
Some countries may offer limited tracking once the package leaves the United States. For our standard shipping, tracking will be limited and you might not receive updates until the package is delivered.
If it has been more than 2 weeks, we recommend reaching out to your local post office and provide the tracking number. They can update you on your package status and if you need to take any action to import and deliver your package.
