Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! There are only a few countries we are unable to ship to at this time: South Africa, Indonesia, Iran, Cuba, and North Korea. We will notify you if we can’t ship to your country.
Some European countries may also have restrictions. If you couldn't finalize your order on the shipping step, please reach out to us.
How much do you charge for shipping?
The cost of shipping depends on the country we are shipping to and will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. So for any package shipped outside of the United States, you might see different values.
Please reach out to our customer support if you have any questions or need an estimate for larger quantities.
Where is my international package?
Some countries may offer limited tracking once the package leaves the United States. For our standard shipping, tracking will be limited and you might not receive updates until the package is delivered.
If it has been more than 2 weeks, we recommend reaching out to your local post office and provide the tracking number. They can update you on your package status and if you need to take any action to import and deliver your package.
