Return Policies
Orders purchased directly through www.pebblebee.com are eligible for our Money Back Guarantee. For Pebblebee products purchased through other retailers, they are subject to the retailers’ return policies.
To be eligible for a return the product must
- be in its original condition
- include the original packaging
- be within 15 days of the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Please note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the cost of return and that return shipping will not be reimbursed. Further, please note that returns are subject to a 20% repackaging and restocking fee.
If you received your product and you aren't satisfied, you may exchange it for a new one within 30 days, less shipping & handling fees.

Warranty only applies if purchased through an authorized reseller. Any other dealer of Pebblebee products is unauthorized which voids the warrant as we can't verify the product authenticity of the product nor supply chain.
