Why does my Found battery never fully charge?

The battery is likely already charged to 100% after 4 hours of charge. If you believe your device is not charging properly, please try the suggestions below:

  1. Check if the light of the Found shows green when you press the button.
  2. Try to buzz the device from the app to get the most updated battery.
  3. Change cables or the outlet.

Note: It's normal for the Found to show a red light when the battery is low. If you plug it to charge and it shows red, only means that the battery was at a low level. After a couple of minutes, it should switch to pulsating green.
