Is the Card 2nd Gen water-resistant?

Yes! The Card is rated IPX6 water-resistant and is built to survive unexpected splashes, spills and showers. You should not submerge the device in water, as this may damage the internal components.

How long does the Card battery last?

The Card 2nd Gen has a rechargeable battery that can last up to 18 months on a single charge. The battery life will depend on how much you use your device. You can recharge it by using the magnetic contact charge (included with the product) connected to a USB power source.

The Card battery is rechargeable. You should not try to remove it. Opening or tampering with the device voids the warranty.

Is the Card 2nd Gen compatible with the Apple Find My™ app?

The Card-for-Android won't work with the Apple Find My™ app. But you can still use Card on iOS using the Pebblebee app.

If you purchased a Card for iOS or a Card 2nd Gen that has the 'works with Apple Find My Network' badge on the box, you can use it on your iOS with the Apple Find My app.

Is the Card 2nd Gen compatible with Google's Find My Device network?

The Card has different variations: The Card-for-Android will work with Google's Find My Device network or the Pebblebee app.

If you purchased the 1st generation Card for iOS , it won't be compatible with Google's Find My Device app, only the Pebblebee app or Apple Find My™ app.

Does the Card have UWB - Ultra Wideband?

No, the Card does not have Ultra Wideband capabilities.

However, both with Google's Find My Device and the Pebblebee app, you can search for it by signal strength and proximity range. Once you are close to the device, hit to play sound to get closer to find it.
