Alert Live is a premium tier of the Pebblebee Alert feature that offers expanded Safety Circle capacity and advanced location-sharing options to keep you safer during emergencies.
What do I get with Alert Live?

- Ability to choose between Live Location Sharing and Static Location Sharing when triggering an Alert.
- All the standard Alert features, including rapid activation, silent mode and secure communication with your Safety Circle.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time. Cancelling will simply stop your subscription from renewing.
Can I upgrade from the free tier anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time.
Can I downgrade back to the free plan?
Yes. You can downgrade at any time. Your Alert Live benefits will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which your account will return to the free plan limits.
Who can see my live location when using Alert Live?
Only members of your Safety Circle can see your location, whether you choose Live or Static sharing.
Does Live Location work internationally?
Yes, Live Location Sharing works anywhere in the world as long as your phone has cellular connectivity and Location Services are enabled.
Do I need a separate Alert Live subscription for each device?
No. You only need one Alert Live subscription per account, and it will automatically apply to all your Alert-enabled devices.
- As long as the devices are linked to the same Pebblebee account and have Alert turned on, they’ll share the benefits of your subscription.
- This means you can upgrade once and enjoy Alert Live features — like up to 5 Safety Circle members and Live Location Sharing — across all your compatible devices at no extra cost.
Is my location stored after the session ends?
No. Live location data is not stored after the session ends and is never shared with anyone outside your Safety Circle.
Do I need to update my app to use Alert Live?
Yes. Make sure you’re running the latest version of the Pebblebee app to access Alert Live features.
