What are the uses of the Found button?

The Found button currently accepts a short-press and a double-press.

On the single-press:
  • The LED will light up with the color related to the Found's battery.
  • Green means full battery, red low battery and other orange tons will be an indication of the other battery level.
  • It will NOT beep.
On the double-press:
  • By double-pressing the button, the device will beep.
  • When the Found is connected to your smartphone - and the “Find my phone” feature is enabled  - a melody should play on your phone to help you locate it.  
  • When you are not connected over Bluetooth: it can trigger a location update of the Found device (it takes about 2 minutes to complete if in a region with LTE-M coverage).

Can I turn off my Found?

This option is not available for the Found. If you will not be using the device for a long period we suggest switching the device’s mode to Bluetooth only.  In that mode, the battery will last longer.

Keep in mind that when you select Bluetooth only mode, the device can’t be located over cellular! When you are actively using it, we suggest keeping the device on the following tracking modes: Emergency, Dynamic, or Low powered tracking.

Can I factory reset my Found?

No. This option is not available for the Found.
