How to change from Google Find Hub app to Apple Find My app or vice versa
If you are using Google Find Hub app and change phones please follow these instructions
1. Open the Google Find Hub app and log into the gmail account that you originally set up your Pebblebee
2. Once you log in you should see your Pebblebee device paired with Google Find Hub app
If you are changing from Android phone to Apple phone please follow these instructions
1. Open the Google Find Hub app and click on the Pebblebee device
2. Click on the settings icon next to the name of your device
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and "Remove from Find Hub" (You need to remove the device to pair with Apple Find My App)
4. Click on Remove
5. When the "Remove from Find Hub?" prompt comes up click on "remove"
6. Your device will be removed from the Google Find Hub app
7. You may need to factory reset your device Reset clip, card, tag
Once you have unpaired and reset the device you can pair to the Apple Find My app.
If you are changing from Apple phone to Android phone please follow these instructions:
1. Open Apple Find My app and click on the Pebblebee device
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see "remove item"
3. Click on remove item and Apple will verify and you click "remove" again
4. The device will be removed from Apple Find My app
5. You may need to factory reset your device Reset clip, card, tag
