Alert History - FAQ

Alert History is a log of all your Alert-related activity in the Pebblebee app. It records important safety events so you can review them later, including when Alerts were triggered, who was notified, and Safety Circle membership changes.

Where can I find Alert History?

  1. Open the Pebblebee app.
  2. Go to Account & Settings.
  3. Under the Safety section, tap Alert History.

What kind of events does Alert History show?

Alert History can include:

  • When an Alert was triggered.
  • Who was notified and how (SMS, email, in-app).
  • Safety Circle member changes:
    • Added
    • Removed
    • Accepted invitations
    • Declined invitations
  • Other safety-related account actions.

Does Alert History store my location?

No. Alert History does not store any location data from your phone or devices.

Does Pebblebee keep any location history?

No. Pebblebee does not store or maintain any location history from either your phone or your devices. Only non-location Alert event information is logged.

How far back can I see my Alert History?

Currently, Alert History has no retention limit, so you can scroll back as far as your account history goes.

Can I delete events from Alert History?

No. You can't delete entries from your Alert History.

Is Alert History visible to my Safety Circle?

No. Alert History is only visible to you in your Pebblebee account. Safety Circle members cannot view your Alert History.

Why is Alert History useful?

It helps you:

  • Confirm that notifications were sent to your Safety Circle.
  • Keep track of important safety-related actions.
  • Review your Alert usage over time.
