Is the Tag water-resistant?

Yes! The Tags is rated IPX6 water-resistant and is built to survive unexpected splashes, spills, and showers. You should not submerge the device in water, as this may damage the internal components.

How long does the Tag battery last?

The Tag has a rechargeable battery that can last up to 8 months on a single charge. The battery life will depend on how much you use your device. You can recharge it using our magnetic charger connected to a USB-C port.

The Tag battery is rechargeable. You should not try to remove it. Opening or tampering with the device voids the warranty.

Is the Tag compatible with Google's Find My Device?

Only the Tag-for-Android sold on Pebblebee website works with Google's Find My Device network. However, Google's Find My network has not been launched yet by Google. Only after Google's public roll-out, it will be shipped and available for users.

Is the Tag compatible with the Apple Find My™ app?

The Tag that works with the Apple Find My™ network is the one that comes in a box that has the "Works with Apple Find My" badge.

The Tag that works with Apple's Find My app is available for sale only at selected retailers. Please contact our support@pebbblebee.com for more info.

The Tag-for-Android, which is still on pre-order on Pebblebee website, won't work with Apple Find My Network. Android users, can still use Tag for iOS with the Pebblebee app.

Does the Tag have UWB - Ultra Wideband?

No, the Tag does not have Ultra Wideband capabilities. However, depending on the app you choose to add your device, you might get a nearby indication to help find your item.
