Getting Started with your Link Labels

Pebblebee Link is a QR-code reactive tracking system that offers a simple and secure way to recover your belongings. By attaching a Link Label to any item, Pebblebee can help you connect with anyone who finds your lost item while maintaining privacy. Designed to be compact and slim, Pebblebee Link Labels are ideal for frequently misplaced items or where active trackers solutions are unnecessary.

Using the Pebblebee Link Label on the Pebblebee app is free of cost. You will not be required to enter any payment method, and we do not request a credit card to set up your new item

Log in to Pebblebee app

  1. Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for 'Pebblebee' Pebblebee app for Apple OR Pebblebee for Android.
  2. Install the Pebblebee app.
  3. Login to the Pebblebee app and follow the in-app instructions.

  1. Once in the Pebblebee app click on the + sign in the top right corner.
  2. Click on "Claim Link", the app may ask for access to your camera to scan the link QR code.
  3. Scan the link QR code and the app will direct you through the setup process.
  4. Place the Link label on the item of your choice ensuring your items stay protected wherever they go.

  1. If you find an item with a Pebblebee Link label please scan the QR code with your phone camera.
  2. The QR code will send you to the pebblebee.link/locator
  3. The screen will say "You've Found Someone's Item!" and you will get the option to
  • Notify the owner- easily send an anonymous notification for the owner of this item so they know it has been found. In this same step, you may also ,additionally and optionally, share the precise location where you found this item to help the owner recover it.
  • Get in touch - easily send a secure and anonymous message for the owner of this item so they know it has been found.
  1. This process is entirely anonymous, your privacy is secured so you can contact the owner without every disclosing your personal information.
  2. Choose the option that you feel is best for you to assist in the owner getting the item back! If you decide to contact the owener, you will receive an email from them.
