Solve Found error - There is an issue with the device subscription

After the Found was activated, if you try to claim a device to another account you will face the error: "There is an issue with the device subscription".

The first time you add the Found in the Pebblebee app, the subscription is activated and linked to that account. After that, your Pebblebee account owns that Found.

Since this check-in happens during the claiming process, currently there is no way of solving this from the app. If you are facing this error, please contact customer support at support@pebblebee.com. We will help you to set it back to your account.
