Alert Live is Pebblebee’s premium safety plan that expands the capabilities of the standard Alert feature, giving you more trusted contacts, more powerful location-sharing options, and peace of mind that your loved ones can follow your location in real time during an emergency.

With Alert Live, you get:
- Up to 5 Safety Circle members instead of just 1 in the free tier.
- The choice between:
- Static Location Sharing – Sends your location once at the moment you trigger an Alert.
- Live Location Sharing – Updates your location every 5 seconds for up to 24 hours, anywhere in the world with cellular connectivity and GPS.
- Private, secure links that expire automatically after the session.
- All existing Alert features included with your device.

Cancel anytime—your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
How to Upgrade to Alert Live
You can start your upgrade from several places in the Pebblebee app:
- From Safety Settings
- Try to enable Live Location Sharing.
- If you’re on the free plan, you’ll see a modal inviting you to upgrade to Alert Live.
- From Safety Circle Management
- Try to add more than one Safety Circle member.
- You’ll be prompted with the upgrade modal to unlock up to 5 members.
- From Account & Settings
- Go to Account & Settings.
- Tap Manage Plan to open the subscription portal and choose Alert Live.
Requirements Before You Can Upgrade
- You must have at least one Alert-compatible device (currently Pebblebee Clip) claimed to your account.
- Alert must be enabled on that device.
- You only need one subscription per account, and it will apply to all your Alert-enabled devices.
Additional Notes
- International Availability – Works anywhere in the world as long as your phone has cellular connectivity and GPS.
- Privacy – Your location is never stored beyond the active session and is never shared outside your Safety Circle.
- Device Compatibility – Future Alert-compatible devices will also work with your subscription at no extra cost.
- Prorated Upgrades – If you upgrade mid-cycle, your payment will be adjusted so you only pay for the remaining time.
