Find quick answers to the most common questions about using Phone Finder, the feature that helps you locate your phone in seconds with a simple double-press.


Does Phone Finder work if my Pebblebee is connected to Apple Find My™ or Google’s Find Hub™ apps?

Yes! Phone Finder works regardless of whether your Pebblebee device is paired with Apple Find My™ or Google’s Find Hub™. You can continue tracking your device in either app while using Phone Finder through the Pebblebee App.


Do I need a firmware update to use Phone Finder?

Yes. Your Pebblebee device must be on firmware version 3.x.x or higher to support Phone Finder.

If your device needs an update, the Pebblebee App will guide you through the process automatically.


Does Phone Finder work without the Pebblebee App?

No. The Pebblebee App must be installed on your phone for Phone Finder to function.

Make sure that:

  • Bluetooth, Location, and Notifications are turned ON.

  • You’re logged into your Pebblebee account.


Which Pebblebee devices support Phone Finder?

The Phone Finder feature is supported on the following Pebblebee devices:

  • Pebblebee Clip (Gen 2 and Universal)

  • Pebblebee Card (Gen 2 and Universal)

  • Pebblebee Tag (Gen 2 and Universal)
