I Found an Item with a Link Label — What’s Next?
If you find an item with a Pebblebee Link Label, you can easily and safely notify the owner:
Scan the QR code on the label using your phone’s camera.
You’ll be directed to pebblebee.link/locator.
The screen will display: “You’ve Found Someone’s Item!”
You’ll then see two options:
Notify the Owner — Send an anonymous notification to the item’s owner so they know it’s been found. You can optionally share the exact location to help them recover it.
Get in Touch — Send a secure, anonymous message to let the owner know their item has been located.
Note: This process is entirely anonymous. Your privacy is fully protected — you can contact the owner without revealing your personal details.
Choose the option that feels right for you to help return the item. If you decide to contact the owner, they’ll receive your message by email.
