Switching from a solo plan to a Family planUpdated 2 hours ago

You can switch from a solo Alert Live plan to Family 4 or Family 8 in the Subscription Portal. Family plans let you pay for multiple people's Alert Live access under one subscription.

Switch to a Family plan

1. Open the Pebblebee app.

2. Go to Account on the top right.

3. Select Manage Active Subscriptions.

4. Find your current Alert Live plan.

5. Choose the option to Invite Member.

6. Choose 4 or 8 seats.

7. Review and confirm the change.

When the change takes effect

Most changes from a solo plan to a Family plan are upgrades and take effect immediately. Any change from annual billing to monthly billing is treated as a downgrade.

Before choosing a plan

• Family 4 covers four people total: the owner and up to three invited members.

• Family 8 covers eight people total: the owner and up to seven invited members.

• Pricing is fixed and does not change based on how many seats you fill.
