Orders purchased directly through pebblebee.com are covered by our Money Back Guarantee.

If you purchased your Pebblebee product through our Pebblebee Authorized Retailers please refer to that retailer’s return policy for assistance.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your Pebblebee product must:

• Be in its original condition

• Include original packaging

• Be within 30 days of the delivery date to the original purchaser

Note: Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Items returned in used or damaged condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you received your Pebblebee product and aren’t satisfied, you can exchange it for a new one within 30 days, minus shipping and handling fees.
