You can leave an Alert Live Family plan at any time. Leaving ends the Alert Live access provided by that plan and makes your seat available to the owner immediately.

Leave the subscription

1. Go to Account → Active Subscriptions

2. Find the shared Alert Live subscription.

3. Select the option to leave the subscription.

4. Confirm that you want to leave.

After you leave:

• Your shared Alert Live access ends.

• The plan owner is notified.

• Your seat becomes available immediately for another person.

• You can accept an invitation to another shared plan or purchase your own Alert Live plan.

Leaving the subscription does not cancel the owner's plan or affect access for its other members.

If you want to return to the same Family plan later, the owner must send you a new invitation.
