Invite someone to your Family subscriptionUpdated 2 hours ago
If you own an Alert Live Family plan, you can invite other people to use Alert Live under your subscription. Family 4 supports the owner plus three invited members, while Family 8 supports the owner plus seven invited members.
Send an invitation
Open the Pebblebee app.
Go to Account on the top right.
Select Manage Active Subscriptions.
Select Alert Live.
Choose the option to Invite Member.
Enter the person's email address and send the invitation.
The invitation appears as Pending until the person accepts it. After it is accepted, their status changes to Active and their Alert Live access starts immediately.
The invited person receives the invitation by email and, when available, by push notification and a persistent notification in the Pebblebee app. They do not need to already have a Pebblebee account for you to invite them.
Manage an invitation or member
From Account → Active Subscriptions → Alert Live you can view the people associated with your plan and their current status.
You can remove a pending invitation or an active member at any time. If you remove an active member, their shared Alert Live access ends and they are notified. The seat becomes available immediately.
If an invited person declines the invitation or later leaves the plan, you are notified and their seat becomes available automatically.
If your plan is full
On Family 4, you will be prompted to upgrade to Family 8. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
On Family 8, you cannot add another person until a seat becomes available.
The plan owner counts as one of the plan's seats.
