Is Halo a personal safety device or an item tracker?
Halo is a dedicated personal safety device that also includes item-finding capabilities on either Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub network.
How does Halo activate in an emergency?
Pulling the device apart triggers the siren, strobe lights, and live location sharing.
What is Alert Live and is it included?
Alert Live provides live location sharing with your Safety Circle and is included free for the first 12 months.
What happens after the included subscription ends?
You can renew Alert Live at the standard subscription price to continue live location sharing.
Can I alert my Safety Circle silently?
Yes. Rapid-press the button to send a silent alert without activating sirens or strobes.
How many people can be in my Safety Circle?
Up to five trusted contacts.
Does Halo work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. It works with Apple Find My™ on iOS and Google’s Find Hub on Android.
Does Pebblebee have access to my location data?
No. Location data is end-to-end encrypted and never accessible by Pebblebee.
How loud is Halo?
Halo is designed to be extremely loud to attract attention in emergency situations.
How long does the battery last?
Up to one year per charge with typical use.
Can Halo be used as a flashlight?
Yes. Press the button to activate the bright LED flashlight.
Is there a subscription required to find my item?
No. Item finding through Apple Find My™ or Google’s Find Hub does not require a subscription.
