How to Change Your Shipping Address

At Pebblebee, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly so you can receive your items as soon as possible. If you need to update your shipping address, the next steps depend on whether your order has already shipped.


Change Address — My Package Has Not Shipped Yet

If your order hasn’t shipped, you may still have time to update your address.

  • Timing: Address changes must be made before your order is picked up for shipping — typically within 1 to 3 hours after placing your order during weekdays.

  • Double-check: Please review your order confirmation email, which includes your shipping details.

  • If something looks incorrect: Contact our team immediately at [email protected] to request an address change.

Tip: The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can update your address before fulfillment begins.


Change Address — My Package Has Already Shipped

If your package has already shipped, the process will depend on the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and your package’s current status.

Please note that not all shipments are eligible for address changes.


Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your Pebblebee confirmation email for your tracking number.

  2. Identify the shipping carrier handling your order.

  3. Visit the carrier’s website or contact their customer service directly.

  4. Look for options such as:

    • Update Address

    • Redirect Delivery

    • Hold for Pickup at a local hub



Most major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, offer these options for in-transit packages.
