Alert Live is the premium tier of Pebblebee’s Alert feature, designed to give you greater control, enhanced location sharing, and a larger Safety Circle — keeping you safer during emergencies.

What You Get with Alert Live

• Up to 5 Safety Circle members (compared to 1 with the free plan)

• Choose between Live Location Sharing and Static Location Sharing when triggering an Alert

• Includes all standard Alert features, such as:

  1. Rapid activation

  2. Silent mode

  3. Secure, private communication with your Safety Circle

• $2.99/month

• $24.99/year (save compared to monthly billing)

Cancel Anytime: Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time.

Does Alert Live turn my Pebblebee Clip into a live GPS tracker?

No. Alert Live does not change how your Pebblebee device is tracked.

The subscription enhances the Alert safety feature by allowing your trusted Safety Circle members to see your live location during an active Alert. Your live location comes from your phone's GPS and is shared securely through the Pebblebee app while the Alert is active.
Your Pebblebee device continues to function as an item finder through Apple Find My or Google Find Hub, just as it always has. Alert Live does not add GPS hardware or continuous live tracking to the Pebblebee device itself.

Subscription Management

• Upgrade Anytime: You can switch from the free plan to Alert Live at any time.

• Downgrade Anytime: You can return to the free plan whenever you like. Your Alert Live benefits remain active until your current billing cycle ends.

Privacy and Location Sharing

• Who Can See Your Location: Only your Safety Circle members can view your shared location, whether you choose Live or Static mode.

• International Coverage: Live Location Sharing works anywhere in the world with cellular connectivity and Location Services enabled.

• Data Privacy: Your live location data is never stored after the session ends and is never shared outside your Safety Circle.

Device and Account Requirements

• You only need one Alert Live subscription per account.

• The plan automatically applies to all Alert-enabled devices linked to that account.

• Ensure your Pebblebee App is updated to the latest version to access all features.

Once upgraded, all compatible devices will share Alert Live benefits — including up to 5 Safety Circle members and Live Location Sharing — at no additional cost.
