When someone invites you to their Alert Live Family plan, you can review the invitation and choose whether to accept or decline it.

You do not need to already have a Pebblebee account to receive an invitation.

Review an invitation

Open the invitation from any of the places where it appears:

• The invitation email.

• A Pebblebee push notification.

• The notification shown in the Pebblebee app.

Select Review, then choose Accept or Decline.

If you accept

Your Alert Live access starts immediately. You can see the subscription owner and your own membership status, but you cannot see other members on the plan.

The shared subscription gives you your own Alert Live access. It does not share your devices, location, alerts, or account activity with the owner or other plan members.

If you already pay for a personal Alert Live subscription, accepting the invitation cancels your personal subscription immediately and replaces it with access through the shared plan.

If you decline

You will not be added to the subscription. The plan owner is notified, and the seat becomes available for someone else.

If you have more than one invitation

You can receive invitations from more than one person, including multiple invitations for Alert Live. Accepting a newer Alert Live invitation after already joining another shared plan moves your access to the newer plan and removes you from the previous one. You cannot use the earlier invitation to rejoin the previous plan.
