You can cancel anytime. Your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.

How to Upgrade to Alert Live

You can upgrade directly through the Pebblebee App or from purchasing on  Pebblebee website when you purchase a Pebblebee clip.

From the Pebblebee App

• From Safety Settings:

  Try enabling Live Location Sharing. If you’re on the free tier, you’ll see a prompt to upgrade to Alert Live.

• From Safety Circle Management:

  Try to add more than one Safety Circle member. You’ll be invited to upgrade to unlock up to 5 members.

• From Account & Settings:

  1. Go to Account & Settings in the Pebblebee App.

  2. Tap Manage Plan.

  3. Select Alert Live to open the subscription portal and choose your preferred plan.

  
  

From the Pebblebee Website

If you purchased your Clip directly from the Pebblebee website, you can also add the Alert Live subscription during checkout or afterward.

To activate your subscription:

1. Open the Pebblebee App.

2. Tap your profile icon (top right corner).

3. Tap the orange Manage Plan button.

4. You’ll see your subscription listed — click Activate to start your plan.

If you don’t see your subscription:

The email used for your Pebblebee App login may differ from the one used for your purchase. Tap Find Subscription and enter the purchase email. Once found, select Activate.

After activation, you can return to the app to add or manage your Safety Circle members. (See the Safety Circle Guide for setup details.)

Requirements Before You Upgrade

To subscribe to Alert Live, ensure the following:

• You have at least one Alert-compatible device (currently the Pebblebee Clip) paired with your account.

• The Alert feature is enabled on that device.

• You only need one subscription per account — it applies to all your Alert-enabled devices.

Additional Notes

• International Availability: Works anywhere in the world where your phone has cellular connectivity and GPS.

• Privacy: Your live location data is never stored beyond your active session and is never shared outside your Safety Circle.

• Device Compatibility: Future Alert-compatible Pebblebee devices will work automatically with your subscription at no extra cost.

• Prorated Upgrades: If you upgrade mid-cycle, billing automatically adjusts so you only pay for the remaining period.
