How to Switch Between Google’s Find Hub and Apple Find My
Switching your Pebblebee device between tracking networks or phones is simple once you know the right steps. Follow the instructions below based on your situation to keep your device connected and ready to track.
If You’re Staying on Android (New Android Phone)
If you’re using Google’s Find Hub and switching to a new Android phone:
Open the Google’s Find Hub app on your new phone.
Log in with the same Gmail account you originally used to set up your Pebblebee.
Your Pebblebee device should automatically appear in the app once signed in.
Tip: If your device doesn’t appear, confirm you’re logged into the correct Google account.
If You’re Moving from Android to iPhone
When switching from Google’s Find Hub to Apple Find My, you’ll need to remove your Pebblebee device from Google’s network before pairing it with Apple’s.
Open the Google’s Find Hub app and tap your Pebblebee device.
Tap the Settings icon next to your device’s name.
Scroll to the bottom and select Remove from Find Hub.
Confirm by tapping Remove again when prompted.

After resetting, open the Apple Find My app to pair your device.
Important: You must remove your Pebblebee from Google’s Find Hub and reset it before pairing with Apple Find My.
If You’re Moving from iPhone to Android
Switching from Apple Find My to Google’s Find Hub follows a similar process:
Open the Apple Find My app and select your Pebblebee device.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Remove Item.
When prompted, tap Remove again to confirm.
Your Pebblebee will be unpaired from Apple Find My.

After resetting, open Google’s Find Hub to pair your device again.
Tip: Make sure Bluetooth and Location are enabled before pairing.
If You’re Moving Between iPhones
When switching to a new iPhone:
If you’re using the same Apple ID, your Pebblebee devices should automatically appear in the Apple Find My app.
If you’re using a different Apple ID, remove your Pebblebee devices from the old iPhone’s Find My app, factory reset them, and pair them again on your new phone.
