Step-by-Step Instructions to change the LÔC8 battery:

1. Remove the battery from the plastic case 

Lift the bottom of the battery from the plastic. There is a double sided tape that holds it in place. Gently pull it and ease the battery outward.

2. Disconnect the Old Battery

Grasp both sides of the small white connector plug firmly with your fingertips or fine needle-nose tweezers.  

Pull the male and female halves straight apart without pulling on the wires directly.  

3. Connect the New Battery

Align the replacement ER10250 battery connector with the socket. Ensure the connector is aligned. Press the connector firmly together until the white plastic is fully seated. Please note the two metal pieces should be facing down when you insert the battery wires.

4. Tuck Wires and Seat the Cell

Gently loop or fold the red and black lead wires into the open cavity behind the socket.Then place the battery back in the plastic housing with a little pressure to attach it against the wall.
