Factory Reset Your Clip Gen 5

Performing a factory reset restores your device to its original settings. This is helpful if you’re troubleshooting or transferring ownership.

Steps to Reset

1. Locate the button on the front of the device — just below the Pebblebee logo.

2. Triple-press the button, then press and hold for about 10 seconds.

   • There should be no pause between the triple press and the press-and-hold.

3. You’ll hear three high-pitched beeps. Release the button during the third beep, before it ends.

4. You should then hear a short jingle — confirming that your Clip Gen 5 was successfully reset.

Tip: If you don’t hear the confirmation sound, repeat the process. Try counting steadily to 4 between presses for more consistent timing.
