Disable or re-enable your Card 4Updated an hour ago
Disable your Card 4 when you need to temporarily stop it from sharing its location. You can re-enable it at any time.
Important: Disabling your Card 4 does not factory reset it or remove it from Apple Find My, Google’s Find Hub, or the Pebblebee app. If you are transferring the device, remove it from every connected app and complete a factory reset.
Before you begin
Charge your Card 4.
Locate the button near the center of the Pebblebee logo.
Keep the device nearby so you can hear its confirmation sounds.
Disable your Card 4
Press the button twice.
At the same pace, press the button a third time and hold it for approximately 10 seconds.
Listen for two beeps.
Release the button during the second beep, before it finishes.
Listen for the confirmation sound.
Your Card 4 is now disabled and will stop sharing or updating its location.
If your Card 4 does not disable
Make sure there is no pause between the first two presses and the third press-and-hold.
Release the button while the second beep is still playing.
Press the button firmly and use a steady rhythm.
Charge the Card 4, then try again.
Re-enable your Card 4
Press the button once.
Listen for the confirmation sound.
Your Card 4 is now enabled and can resume sharing its location through its connected tracking network.
