How to Check and Charge Your Pebblebee Tag
The Pebblebee Tag is fully rechargeable, designed for convenience and long-lasting performance. After a full charge, the battery can last up to 8 months, depending on usage. You don’t need to replace or remove the battery — simply recharge it using the included magnetic cable charger.

Check Battery Status in the App
Your Pebblebee Tag automatically updates its battery status each time it connects to your phone. You can check it through your tracking app.
On Apple Find My™
Open the Apple Find My™ app.
Tap the Items tab.
Select your Pebblebee Tag.
The battery level indicator appears beneath your device name.
On Google’s Find Hub
Open the Google’s Find Hub app.
Find your Tag in the device list — the battery level will be shown beside the name.
You can also tap your device for detailed battery information.
OK: Battery is healthy.
Low: Recharge soon.
Critical: Device may stop reporting location soon.
Check Battery Level Using the Device Button
You can also check your Tag’s battery level manually by using the button on the Pebblebee logo:
Press and hold the button until you see lights pulsate in sequence.
The number of light pulses indicates remaining battery life.
Battery Level Indicators:
1–2 pulses: Low battery — recharge soon.
3 pulses: Medium battery.
4–5 pulses: Good battery.
Note: The first pulse confirms your button press. After a short pause, the remaining pulses indicate the battery level.
How to Charge Your Tag
Connect the magnetic charging cable to your Tag.
Attach the magnetic connector to the charging points on your device.
Plug the cable into any USB-C power source.
The LED indicator will stay on while charging and turn off once fully charged.
Don’t See the Charging Cable?
If you can’t locate the included charging cable:
Check the entire product box, including under the cardboard insert — the cable may be tucked away.
If the cable is missing, contact [email protected] right away for assistance.
Note: The battery is non-removable. Do not attempt to open or modify your device, as this can cause damage and void your warranty.
