After setting up your Tag with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub, add it to the Pebblebee app to access additional features.

Before you begin

• Set up your Tag with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub first.

• Download or update the Pebblebee app on your iPhone or Android phone.

• Turn on Bluetooth.

• Make sure your phone has an internet connection.

• Keep your Tag close to your phone.

Important: Always connect your Tag to Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub before adding it to the Pebblebee app.

Add your Tag

1. Open the Pebblebee app.

2. Enter your email address and sign in.

3. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

4. Tap the + button in the upper-right corner.

5. Select Device.

6. When prompted, press the button on your Tag five times.

7. Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Confirm the connection

After setup, your Tag should appear in the Pebblebee app. Select it to view its available features and settings.

Supported features include:

• Phone Finder: Make your phone ring using your Tag.

• Firmware updates: Install updates that improve device performance and features.

If your Tag does not respond

• Confirm that the Tag is charged.

• Press the button firmly five times until you hear feedback.

• Try pressing slightly faster or slower at a steady pace.

• Keep the Tag close to your phone.

• Confirm that Bluetooth is turned on.

• Close and reopen the Pebblebee app, then try again.
