Add your LÔC8 to the Pebblebee appUpdated an hour ago
After setting up LÔC8 with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub, add it to the Pebblebee app to check its firmware and install available updates.
Location tracking for LÔC8 remains in Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub.
Before you begin
Set up LÔC8 with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub first.
If LÔC8 did not come pre-installed, wait until this setup is complete before installing it.
If LÔC8 came pre-installed, locate the button on top of the device and make sure you can access it.
Download or update the Pebblebee app on your iPhone or Android phone.
Turn on Bluetooth.
Make sure your phone has an internet connection.
Keep LÔC8 close to your phone.
Important: Always connect LÔC8 to Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub before adding it to the Pebblebee app. If it did not come pre-installed, add it to the Pebblebee app and check for firmware updates before installation.
Add your LÔC8
Open the Pebblebee app.
Enter your email address and sign in.
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Tap the + button in the upper-right corner.
Select Device.
When prompted, press the button on top of LÔC8 five times.
Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to complete setup.
Confirm the connection
After setup, LÔC8 should appear in your Pebblebee item list.
Note: LÔC8 uses the Pebblebee app for firmware management. Use Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub to locate it. LÔC8 does not support Phone Finder, Pebblebee Alert, or personal safety features.
If your LÔC8 does not respond
Press the top button firmly five times.
Try pressing slightly faster or slower using a steady pace.
Keep LÔC8 close to your phone.
Confirm that Bluetooth and internet access are turned on.
Confirm that LÔC8 was connected to Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub first.
Close and reopen the Pebblebee app, then try again.
If LÔC8 came pre-installed, follow the product manufacturer’s instructions for accessing its button.
Once LÔC8 appears in the Pebblebee app, check for available firmware updates.
