Add your Clip 4 to the Pebblebee appUpdated an hour ago

After setting up your Clip 4 with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub, add it to the Pebblebee app to access additional features.

Before you begin

• Set up your Clip 4 with Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub first.

• Download or update the Pebblebee app on your iPhone or Android phone.

• Turn on Bluetooth.

• Make sure your phone has an internet connection.

• Keep your Clip 4 close to your phone.

Important: Always connect your Clip 4 to Apple Find My or Google’s Find Hub before adding it to the Pebblebee app.

Add your Clip 4

1. Open the Pebblebee app.

2. Enter your email address and sign in.

3. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

4. Tap the + button in the upper-right corner.

5. Select Device.

6. When prompted, press the button on your Clip 5 five times.

7. Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Confirm the connection

After setup, your Clip 5 should appear in the Pebblebee app. Select it to view its available features and settings.

Supported features include:

• Phone Finder: Make your phone ring using your Clip 5.

• Alert: Trigger a safety alert and notify your Safety Circle.

• Firmware updates: Install updates that improve device performance and features.

If your Clip 4 does not respond

• Confirm that the Clip 4 is charged.

• Press the button firmly five times until you hear feedback.

• Try pressing slightly faster or slower at a steady pace.

• Keep the Clip 4 close to your phone.

• Confirm that Bluetooth is turned on.

• Close and reopen the Pebblebee app, then try again.
